A new feature: additional discourse after a question has been resolved

We are adding in a new feature today. I have found that sometimes I want to add a comment to a page after the question on that page has been closed. It seems inappropriate to add to the page after the question is resolved, and yet sometimes additional thoughts might be useful, to clarify issues, or offer some further reference material, or simply to compliment people.

So, how to allow people to talk about a question after it has closed, and yet not add the additional discourse directly to the question page? As a compromise, we are adding in a page on each user’s profile, where further commentary is possible. The page that holds the question will simply note that someone has left an additional comment (assuming you use the link that adds the question id to your additional discourse). People reading the question are free to click through to the additional commentary, but the commentary does not appear on the
