WP Questions now has 50 winners

When we created WP Questions we established a Top Winners page that would show the top 50 winners. Up till now, that meant every winner was shown on that page. However, we’ve got 50 winners now, so becoming a winner will no longer ensure automatic appearance on that page. From here on out, things get competitive.
